Every piece we create is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because our products are individually crafted rather than mass-produced, each item is unique. No two pieces will be exactly alike, and slight variations are a natural and beautiful part of the handmade process.
Natural Variations & Imperfections
Variations in color, texture, grain, markings, stitching, shape, hardware, and finish may occur from one piece to another. Natural materials, including leather, may contain variations or markings that are part of the material's natural character and are not considered defects.
Minor variations, irregularities, or subtle imperfections resulting from the handmade process are not considered flaws. They are evidence of the individual craftsmanship and uniqueness of each piece.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Customized and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by applicable law or when an item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If a specific component becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable component or contact the customer regarding available alternatives.
