We strive to use new material and fabric in making of our products.
Payment Policy
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard through, PayPal, etc.
- Payment is due at the time of purchase or as discussed for custom purchases.
Returns and Exchanges: (e.g., "Due to the handmade nature all purchases are final, returns are only accepted for damaged items or significant misrepresentation.) However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days and we’ll do our best to help. Buyer pays return shipping.
Inventory & Product Management
* Uniqueness: Acknowledge that most items are one-of-a-kind (OOAK) or made in small batches. Exact replication is often impossible.
Condition: Items are clearly describe. including the condition of items.
There are "oops" items sold at discounted price due to flaw or minor defects.
Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the product provided and the circumstances. Please contact us to resolve any concerns.
Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Shipping rates and times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
- Overnight shipping request will be calculated separately and adjustments made to your checkout total.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
